SV	En ziet, er kwam een man, wiens naam was Jairus, en hij was een overste der synagoge; en hij viel aan de voeten van Jezus, en bad Hem, dat Hij in zijn huis wilde komen.

ASV	And behold, there came a man named Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue: and he fell down at Jesus' feet, and besought him to come into his house;

Sch	Und siehe, es kam ein Mann, namens Jairus, der war ein Oberster der Synagoge; und er warf sich Jesus zu Füßen und bat ihn, in sein Haus zu kommen.
